We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Testing Specialist / Test Lead to join our team in Boston, MA and drive quality across critical data platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute end-to-end data testing for pipelines, transformations, and integrations
- Validate Snowflake + DBT pipelines for accuracy, scalability, and performance
- Perform data validation, profiling, and reconciliation
- Test and validate MDM solutions and enterprise data consistency
- Build automation frameworks using DVS, Power Queries, VBS
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams
- Use Tableau / Power BI for validation and reporting
- Manage code using Git / Bitbucket
- Work in Agile using Jira & Confluence
Must Have:
- Strong experience in Data Testing / ETL / BI Testing
- Hands-on expertise with Snowflake and DBT (mandatory)
- Experience with Spotfire (TIBCO Spotfire)
- Strong knowledge of MDM & Data Validation techniques
- Experience with automation tools (DVS, Power Query, VBS)
- SQL proficiency and data analysis skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Exposure to data governance frameworks
