Key Responsibilities of the Manager of FP&A
- Lead financial modeling and analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Support pricing, bid, and RFP-related financial modeling and decision-making
- Partner with leadership to analyze business performance and provide actionable insights
- Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Communicate financial results and recommendations to senior leadership
- Support ad hoc analysis and projects tied to growth, strategy, and operational performance
Qualifications For The Manager Of FP&A
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–10 years of progressive FP&A, finance, or corporate finance experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills required
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and influence decisions
- Experience in a high-growth or private equity-backed environment is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Lawson, Oracle, or similar) and tools like Power BI is a plus
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule: onsite Monday–Thursday, remote on Fridays
