Your Impact
As a Data Analyst at CHAMP, you’ll help turn data into insights that drive smarter decisions across the organization. You’ll collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business teams to build dashboards, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity. Your work will support everything from operational improvements to strategic planning, helping CHAMP deliver better outcomes for our clients and partners.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, translating complex data into clear stories, and contributing to a data-driven culture. Whether you're refining KPIs or building visualizations, your contributions will help shape the future of digital government services.
What You’ll Do
- Understand data sources, cleaning methods, and querying techniques.
- Provide guidance on reporting and visualization best practices.
- Enforce governance policies to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Create insightful reports and visualizations using enterprise tools.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and build dashboards.
- Maintain documentation of data definitions, catalogs, KPIs, and metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet data needs and foster a data-driven culture.
- Communicate complex data concepts effectively and engage appropriate team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, SQL query writing, Python scripting, and ETL development.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
- Strong Python skills for data manipulation and visualization.
- Experience with ETL tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 to $90,000 annually . This is a good faith estimate, and final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
