Role summary

Changeis, Inc. is seeking a Senior .NET Software Engineer for a long-term role supporting the Supply Chain Systems Team. This position focuses on ASP.NET Core development, backend services, and cloud architecture within an enterprise SCM-ERP platform. The engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable .NET applications, integrate with AWS services, and support DevSecOps and CI/CD efforts. The role requires 6-15 years of software development experience with C#/.NET, strong ASP.NET Core and Web API skills, and experience with scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and with AWS cloud services is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with SCM-ERP (IFS), microservices, containerization, DevSecOps, and federal security standards.

Software Engineer III: 6–10 years experience
Software Engineer IV: 11–15 years experience

About the Role
Changeis, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Software Engineer to support our work with the Supply Chain Systems Team. This role is heavily focused on ASP.NET Core development, backend services, and cloud-based application architecture within an enterprise SCM-ERP platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable .NET applications while supporting DevSecOps and cloud integration efforts.

### Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET Core / C# applications and APIs
Build and enhance backend services and microservices architecture
Collaborate with architects and product teams to deliver scalable solutions
Integrate applications with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and deployment processes
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Contribute to system design, code reviews, and best practices
Support integration with SCM-ERP (IFS) systems

### Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
6–15 years of software development experience (C# / .NET)
Strong experience with ASP.NET Core and Web API development
Experience building scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Experience with AWS cloud services
Ability to learn new technologies quickly

### Highly Preferred (this is where you filter stronger candidates)

Experience with SCM-ERP (IFS) within FAA or federal environments
Experience with microservices architecture
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift/ROSA)
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
Experience with federal security standards (FedRAMP, NIST)
