$43.00 - $48.00/hour

Job Summary
Design scalable data architectures, build advanced data pipelines, support AI-driven initiatives, and create a seamless employee experience powered by data. Transform complex HR data into actionable insights and intelligent solutions.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize robust HR data pipelines
  • Develop and maintain scalable ETL processes
  • Design and implement data architectures for AI agent training and deployment
  • Develop, deploy, and monitor intelligent automation and agentic workflows
  • Create and maintain API integrations and design new API endpoints
  • Automate manual processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets
  • Assemble large and complex datasets for business initiatives
  • Analyze HR data trends and provide business-focused insights
  • Ensure data integrity, reliability, security, and governance
  • Participate in pair programming, code reviews, and testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Analytics, business stakeholders)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Management Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Applied Sciences, or related quantitative field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL and Python
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines
  • Experience building scalable data architectures and data engineering solutions
  • Knowledge of API development, integration, and data exchange processes
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting AI-driven platforms, machine learning data pipelines, or intelligent automation initiatives
  • Experience designing architectures for AI agents and advanced analytics solutions
  • Certification such as Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer or similar
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data ecosystems
  • Familiarity with HR, workforce, or people analytics data environments
  • Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks

Work Environment

  • Hybrid schedule: ~60% onsite, 40% remote
  • Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs
  • Minimal travel
  • Collaboration across office and production environments

Additional Information
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to ITAR and/or EAR regulations. Access limited to U.S. Persons (U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, asylees) or certain foreign nationals with export license.
Pay: $43.00 - $48.00 per hour
