Senior React + AI Engineer

About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with AI Engineering experience to design and develop next-generation AI-powered web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, modern front-end development, and hands-on experience integrating Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered services into enterprise applications. This role requires a blend of front-end engineering excellence and practical AI implementation skills to build intuitive, scalable, and intelligent user experiences.
Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces for AI-powered applications.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models into enterprise solutions.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows including chatbots, virtual assistants, search, summarization, and recommendation systems.
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate AI services, APIs, and microservices.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks for enterprise knowledge solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, data scientists, and AI engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile development processes.
• Ensure security, accessibility, and compliance standards are followed throughout development.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Required Skills
Front-End Development

• 5–8 years of experience in Front-End Development.
• Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI design.
• Experience building responsive and cross-browser compatible applications.

AI / Generative AI

• Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI solutions into web applications.
• Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering techniques and AI application design.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
• Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.

API & Backend Integration

• Experience integrating REST APIs and GraphQL services.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Node.js or Python-based AI services is preferred.

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience using Git and modern software development workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI chatbots, copilots, virtual assistants, or conversational AI platforms.
• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous AI workflows.
• Understanding of AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with enterprise search and knowledge management platforms.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and analytics dashboards.
