Software Engineer (Early Career)

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll work across our web app and desktop client — building features that

candidates use live during real interviews. Every line you ship matters to

someone who's nervous and needs it to work perfectly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

--------------

• Build and maintain features across our Next.js frontend and Node/Python backend

• Work on real-time audio transcription pipelines and low-latency UI overlays

• Collaborate with the ML team to wire AI model outputs into smooth user experiences

• Squash bugs fast — our users depend on the product during high-stakes moments

• Participate in code review, write tests, and improve docs as you go

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 0–2 years of professional experience, or a strong internship / project portfolio

• Comfortable in JavaScript / TypeScript; Python is a bonus

• Familiarity with React, REST APIs, and basic database concepts

• Eager to learn, asks good questions, and ships things end-to-end
