About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the scoping, design, and development of new product features that enhance our platform’s capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bugs and technical debt, ensuring our product remains robust, reliable, and scalable. Collaboration with Customer Support will also be a key aspect, as you assist in addressing technical issues faced by our clients, providing timely and effective solutions. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 1+ years of full-time professional experience in software development
- Strong problem-solving skills with a thorough and analytical approach
- Experience with software design, development, and debugging
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Experience with collaborative development environments and version control systems
- Familiarity with front-end development is a plus but not required
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities
- Own the scoping, design, and implementation of new product features to enhance platform functionality
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and technical debt to maintain platform stability
- Collaborate with Customer Support and other teams to resolve technical issues faced by clients
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices
- Share knowledge and expertise with team members to foster a collaborative learning environment
