Implementation Manager, Customer Success
Role summary
As an Implementation Manager on the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of deployments for key customers and partners. This role requires strong project management skills to oversee multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. You will coordinate across various internal departments including Product, Engineering, Operations, Revenue, Finance, and Legal. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in deploying integrated software solutions and excels at communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. You will manage the entire onboarding process, from planning and execution to client training and transition to the Customer Success team.

About the team/role
As an Implementation Manager, Customer Success, you will drive execution with our most important customers and partners. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functionally across all departments within the organization: Product, Engineering, Operations, Revenue, Finance and Legal. You will own the day-to-day project management of multiple deployments running simultaneously. We aim to provide a white glove service, manage project scope, and ensure deployments are completed on time. Our ideal candidate is fundamentally a project manager who has experience deploying integrated software solutions.

At Checkr, we believe an in office work environment strengthens collaboration, drives innovation, and encourages connection. Our hub locations are Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Nashville, TN; and Santiago, Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 3+ days a week. In-office perks are provided, such as lunch five times a week, a commuter stipend, and an abundance of snacks and beverages. A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a Checkr hub location.
