Staff Product Designer, Growth
Role summary
Checkr is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join their Growth team. This role focuses on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through a product-led, self-serve approach. The designer will embed with the Growth team, contributing to roadmap and vision, and owning design for funnel optimization, NUX, and personalization. Responsibilities include leveraging AI for personalized experiences, designing growth systems and experiments, and translating insights into testable ideas. The role emphasizes creating seamless, delightful experiences for SMB users, facilitating workshops, and distilling complex information into beautiful user experiences. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, participation in UX research, and strong communication with stakeholders are key. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of design experience, including 4 years in growth, e-commerce, or merchandising, with a proven impact on conversion and adoption. Experience with A/B testing, independent UX research, and a focus on psychology and user behavior are essential. Experience with B2B SMB companies is a plus.

What We Offer
