Business Data Analyst with Profisee MDM_Remote_Only on W2
Role summary
This is a remote, contract Business Data Analyst position focused on Master Data Management (MDM) within the healthcare industry. The role requires strong experience with Profisee MDM, Agile methodologies (including creating user stories and leading refinement sessions using Azure DevOps Boards), and data mastering concepts like survivorship and data stewardship. The analyst will work with cloud technologies such as Profisee, Snowflake, Azure, and Azure Data Factory from an analytical perspective, and must understand healthcare-specific data domains including Member, Eligibility, and Claims. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, collaborating with architects and developers, and ensuring technical designs meet business needs. A basic understanding of data lakes is preferred.

Handle unknowns – Given a portion of the necessary information, collaborate and communicate to obtain and document the rest of the story.
Coordinate with Architects and Developers to ensure information is transferred correctly and the technical design meets the requirements gathered.
Prior Data Lake is a plus – A basic understanding of multiple zones that include raw data, cleansed data, and transformed data.
