We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead account growth and portfolio strategy for a global Medical Devices enterprise. This role is laser‑focused on business development: building executive relationships, shaping client demand, and expanding our footprint by translating business challenges into technology‑enabled solutions.
You will partner closely with client business and IT leaders to co-create roadmaps, originate new engagements, and orchestrate cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Operational delivery leadership (teams, cadence, execution) is supported by a Senior Manager; your core mandate is relationship development, thought leadership, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the account growth agenda: develop and execute a growth plan, build pipeline, and close new programs/projects within the client.
- Cultivate senior relationships across business (e.g., commercial, supply chain, quality, operations) and IT; become a trusted advisor on Medical Devices challenges and opportunities.
- Lead discovery and shaping: diagnose business problems, frame value cases, and define solution approaches that connect domain needs with modern technology (data, cloud, digital platforms, AI/automation).
- Craft compelling proposals and statements of work; drive pricing, scoping, and approvals in partnership with sales, delivery, and solution architecture.
- Build executive-ready narratives: business cases, ROI models, and outcome-based roadmaps aligned to regulatory and quality requirements typical of MedTech.
- Orchestrate internal and partner teams to ensure feasibility, resourcing, and smooth kickoff; maintain portfolio visibility and risk/opportunity tracking.
- Represent CI&T thought leadership in Medical Devices: market trends, product lifecycle, post‑market surveillance, digital manufacturing, connected devices, service/repair, and supply chain.
- Track and report growth KPIs (pipeline, win rate, revenue expansion, NPS, executive engagement) and course-correct proactively.
Qualifications
5+ years in program/account management or consulting, with a strong record of growing enterprise accounts through consultative selling.
- Deep domain experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences, specifically Medical Devices (regulatory context, quality systems, manufacturing/supply chain, commercial operations).
- Proven ability to engage executives, build trust, and translate business needs into technology strategies and delivery roadmaps.
- Comfort shaping solutions with cross‑functional teams (strategy, product, data, engineering) and negotiating scope, commercials, and governance.
- Strong business case development skills: value hypotheses, KPIs, ROI, and outcome measurement.
- Solid understanding of modern digital and data platforms (cloud, data engineering/analytics, integration, workflow/automation) and AI.
- Excellent communication and executive presence; able to craft concise narratives and lead C‑suite conversations.
- Experience operating within regulated environments and quality frameworks common to MedTech.
