Job Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and innovative
Data Scientist
to leverage data to drive strategic business decisions. This role involves building predictive models, conducting advanced statistical analysis, and translating complex datasets into actionable insights that improve performance and product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends and patterns
• Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models
• Design experiments and A/B tests to evaluate business hypotheses
• Perform statistical analysis and data mining
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems
• Communicate insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations
• Improve data quality and optimize analytical processes
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and AI

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python or R
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms
• Experience with SQL and data querying
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Good communication skills to present complex findings clearly

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment workflows
