### What the job involves
- We are looking for a Head of Data to lead our Data Science and Analytics Engineering teams and serve as a key member of the executive team
- In this role you’d be building a data organization that directly shapes product decisions, drives experimentation, and improves how the entire company operates
- You will lead a team of ~15 people and be responsible for ensuring that data is a core driver of product direction, not just a support function
- This role is hands-on
- You will engage directly in product questions, experiments, and metric definition, while also building a strong, cohesive, and high-performing team
- Lead and develop a high-performing Data Science and Analytics Engineering team
- Drive data-led product improvements across growth, engagement, and monetization
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to shape strategy
- Build systems and frameworks that improve decision speed and clarity
- Establish clear and trusted metrics and data definitions
- Integrate AI into data workflows to improve efficiency and insight generation
- Maintain a high hiring bar and strong team culture
