Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Agentic AI Engineer role based in Delray Beach, FL. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions, focusing on neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and pattern recognition. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data sets, optimizing algorithms, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and creating innovative software applications to enhance business operations. The engineer will also troubleshoot issues, refine existing systems, and contribute to the long-term development of AI capabilities within the orgnization.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks to develop and optimize AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals and Software Development to design, build, and maintain scalable systems.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for developing intelligent language-based solutions.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, onsite environment.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or behavioral health industry is a plus but not required.
