Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Full Stack Engineer to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining scalable web applications and backend systems that support our tax resolution services. Your expertise will help streamline processes, enhance user experience, and drive technological excellence across our platforms.

The Role

We build systems that replace manual work.

You will work directly with leadership to:

• Identify problems
• Design solutions
• Build and deploy them

This is not a ticket-based role.
You are expected to own systems end-to-end.

This role is designed to grow into leading our technology department as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Build full-stack applications (frontend + backend)
• Integrate APIs (payments, CRM, banking systems)
• Build backend systems (webhooks, queues, async workflows)
• Design and deploy AI automation systems (LLMs, workflows, agents)
• Eliminate manual processes through automation
• Maintain and improve production systems
• Over time: help define architecture, systems, and technical direction

What You Need

• Strong backend experience (Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Experience building real systems in production
• Experience with APIs, async processing, and databases
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered automation (not just prompts)
• Ability to design systems from scratch and execute

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
