Cleo is seeking a Principal Product Manager for its Credit pillar to launch modern credit products from scratch. This role involves leading product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, data scientists, analysts, writers) on user experience, and defining/tracking success metrics for customer engagement, retention, and financial well-being. The ideal candidate will have several years of senior-level experience in consumer-facing credit for the US market, a proven track record in high-growth, fast-paced, product-led businesses, and strong prioritization and communication skills. **About The Role**
We are hiring for multiple product roles within our Credit pillar, to launch modern credit products from scratch. As a Principal Product Manager, you'll work closely with a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, data scientists, analysts and writers on the user experience for our credit products.
**Key Responsibilities**

  • Leading on product strategy for Cleo’s Credit experiences
  • Collaborating closely with engineers, data scientists and analysts to launch key new products with a global focus
  • Defining and track success metrics related to customer engagement, retention, and financial well-being
  • Prioritising high-impact opportunities and ruthlessly focus your squad on what matters most
  • Ensuring your squad is aligned and involved in product direction and key decisions
  • Continuously iterating on the product based on user insights, data, and testing outcomes

**What We’re Looking For**

  • You should ideally have several years of relevant experience and passion for growth focused work at a senior level
  • Experience in consumer-facing credit for the US market
  • You can share mobile app focused work that shows a proven track record of high quality execution in high-growth, fast-paced and product-led businesses
  • Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to focus your team on impactful work
  • Collaborative and inclusive leadership style with a track record of empowering cross-functional teams
  • Ability to clearly communicate product decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Creativity in approaching product challenges and rethinking how people manage their finances
  • High energy and ownership mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes
  • Passion for building tools that improve users’ financial lives through engaging, meaningful conversations
