Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support a Banking Domain client by analyzing large datasets, building interactive dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL, and AWS, along with a solid understanding of banking data and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex banking datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
Write optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data
Work with AWS services to access, process, and analyze cloud-based data
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with banking standards
Present findings and insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience with Tableau (dashboarding, visual analytics)
Advanced SQL skills (joins, subqueries, performance tuning)
Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Redshift, Athena, or similar)
Experience working in the Banking or Financial Services domain
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Exposure to data governance and regulatory reporting in banking
