Role Overview

- Build and deploy
production-grade customer-facing and internal applications
that sit at the intersection of
software engineering, data, AI, and platform delivery
.
- Work directly with stakeholders to
translate ambiguous business problems into usable technical solutions
.
- Own solutions
end-to-end across product workflows, APIs, data systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations
.
- Operate as a
hands-on engineer who can ship quickly, debug deeply, and adapt in fast-moving client environments
.
- This is
not a traditional full-stack web role focused only on UI + backend CRUD
. It is a broader engineering role combining
application development, data workflows, AI enablement, platform integration, and customer delivery
.

Core Responsibilities

- Design, build, and launch
full-stack applications that solve real operational, analytical, and workflow problems
.
- Develop
front-end experiences, backend services, APIs, and data-connected workflows
.
- Build solutions on top of
Databricks and modern data / AI platforms
.
- Integrate
LLM and AI APIs
such as
OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar services
into applications and internal tools.
- Connect systems across
CRM, analytics, support, product, and business operations environments
.
- Deploy and manage applications in
cloud infrastructure
, including testing, monitoring, debugging, and production support.
- Work across
structured and unstructured data
, workflow automation, reporting, and internal tooling use cases.
- Partner with
product, business, customer, and platform teams
to define requirements, iterate quickly, and deliver measurable value.
- Troubleshoot issues across
UI, backend, API, data, authentication, and infrastructure layers
.
- Contribute to
architecture, technical design, engineering quality, and scalable delivery practices
.

Required Background

- Strong software engineering experience
across multiple layers of the stack
.
- Hands-on experience
building real applications
, not just models, notebooks, or isolated scripts.
- Experience with
modern backend and API development
.
- Experience with
frontend frameworks and user-facing product development
.
- Experience working with
data platforms, analytics systems, or ML-enabled products
.
- Experience integrating
third-party APIs, internal services, and cloud-based platforms
.
- Ability to work in
ambiguous environments where requirements evolve quickly
.
- Strong
debugging, ownership, and delivery mindset
.
- Strong
communication skills
and ability to work closely with
end users or clients
.

Preferred Technical Experience

- Databricks, Spark, SQL, Python
- React, TypeScript, JavaScript
- FastAPI, Flask, Node.js
or similar backend frameworks
- PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Snowflake
or other modern data stores
- AWS services
such as Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, RDS, MWAA/Airflow
- Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, CircleCI
- Auth / SSO / OIDC / Okta integrations
- Workflow automation, reporting systems, analytics dashboards, and internal platform tooling
- AI application development
