Senior / Staff Product Designer
Role summary
Coast is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Designer to join their FinTech company in New York City. This role focuses on building the financial infrastructure for America's fleets, leveraging AI to modernize operations. The designer will work closely with engineering and product teams in a fully co-located environment, initiating and completing roadmap projects, redesigning key screens and flows, and creating mockups and prototypes. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in software design, strong product thinking, technical discussion abilities, and experience with Figma and design systems. This is an onsite, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

We're looking for a senior to staff level Product Designer to join the team.
In this role, we expect robust design skills, sharp product thinking, and the ability to engage in technical discussions. We work in small, autonomous project teams, where designers are paired tightly with engineers and product managers to explore ideas, build prototypes, deploy internal builds, and ultimately ship to customers. You will be a key element of projects from beginning to end.
Location & work mode
Coast is an in-person company. This role is based out of our New York City office, where our full team works together day to day. We believe great products are built by people who are in the room together — collaborating closely, moving fast, and holding each other to a high bar.
