Vibe Coder / Marketing Automation Engineer (AI + No‑Code)
Role summary
This role is for a Vibe Coder / Marketing Automation Engineer focused on building automations and lightweight tools using AI and no-code platforms to increase creator revenue and team efficiency. The engineer will integrate various tools like Claude Code, Apify, Zapier, Make, and GHL, along with custom scripts, to streamline processes, create micro-applications, and maintain marketing funnels, direct messages, and reporting. Key responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining automations, prototyping with AI coding tools, integrating data sources, and ensuring robust tracking and documentation. The role emphasizes speed, practical outcomes, and iterative development, with a potential to transition to full-time.
Mission: Build automations and lightweight tools that make creators money and make our team faster. You’ll wire Claude Code, Apify, Zapier, Make, GHL, and custom scripts into clean systems that cut manual work, spin up micro‑apps, and keep our funnels, DMs, and reporting humming.
Outcomes in your first 90 days: ship a ManyChat-to-Stripe DM sprint funnel with full tagging and CAPI; automate call routing and no‑show recovery in GHL; build a client onboarding autopilot that provisions assets, folders, and SOP links; stand up a daily revenue dashboard that pulls from Stripe, Meta, GHL, and ad platforms; create one internal tool per month that removes a recurring task 80%+.
You will: design, build, and maintain automations and micro‑apps for our low‑ticket → subscription → consult funnels; prototype with Claude Code/Cursor, push to lightweight web apps when needed; integrate Apify or custom scrapers to pull audience intel, comments, and creatives; connect Zapier/Make to Stripe, Kajabi, Skool/Discord, Google Sheets, Slack, Typeform, Meta CAPI; harden tracking with server events and naming standards; document everything in plain English SOPs; monitor, debug, and iterate fast.
You have: proof you’ve shipped automations or agents that real teams use; comfort with Claude Code/Cursor plus enough JavaScript/Python to glue things; Zapier/Make mastery; working knowledge of GHL pipelines, webhooks, and triggers; experience wiring CAPI and standard events; ManyChat or IG DM automation chops; strong data hygiene, naming, and version control habits; bias for speed and ruthless practicality.
Nice to have: Apify experience, basic SQL, lightweight front‑end for internal tools, GHL/Kajabi/Skool familiarity, Meta Ads troubleshooting with Manus or similar.

Comp: This is a part time contract based role that can turn into full time work after 90 days depending on proof of work, plus performance bonus tied to hours eliminated and revenue influenced. *SWFL Candidates only will be considered*
