This role is for an individual who is highly organized, who takes full ownership of processes and consistently delivers results. A person who demonstrates a clear, long-term commitment to building a career in hedge fund and credit operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the full trade lifecycle and daily cash activity across specified portfolios, including daily cash position monitoring and coordination of intra-day cash movements, across all traded products, with a particular emphasis on private credit assets, CRE loans, and structured credit securities.
  • Process private loan trades from inception to maturity.
  • Oversee loan/deal onboarding in internal systems.
  • Serve as a primary operations liaison between internal deal teams and external parties.
  • Manage and support trade lifecycle events for private credit assets and securities.
  • Provide operational support for a portfolio of private equity investments.
  • Contribute to the development, enhancement, and documentation of operational policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Partner with technology, operations, and investment professionals to identify and implement process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance control frameworks across the trade lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting, hedge fund administration, valuation, or finance.
  • Background at a high yield/credit hedge fund or asset manager preferred, with solid product knowledge of private credit products (including but not limited to CRE, PE-backed structures, and direct lending).
