This is a critical role in establishing repeatable sales processes and achieving a $750K+ new ARR quota.
**Company Description**
We’re a Y Combinator backed startup building world's best AI Code Reviewer. Trusted by some of the leading unicorns, public companies and backed by top Silicon Valley Investors, we’re solving tough problems and pushing boundaries.
**What You’ll Own**
* Full sales cycle — prospect → discovery → demo → POC → close (typical ACV $10–50 K).
* Outbound engine — phone, email, LinkedIn; ≥ 10 demos/month.
* Pipeline hygiene — keep HubSpot spotless and publish weekly KPI dashboards.
* Playbook creation — turn every win into repeatable processes.
* Annual quota: $750 K+ new ARR.
**What You’ll Bring**
* **2+ yrs** closing SMB/Mid-Market SaaS deals ($10K to 50k+ ACV) at Seed–Series B startups.
* Proven success with technical buyers (Dev Leads, Heads of Eng, CTOs).
* Cold-calling chops — you’ve booked **10+ demos/month** from outbound.
* Clear, data-driven communicator.
* **Based in San Francisco**
**Why You Shouldn’t Apply**
* 60-hour weeks scare you, early customers move fast; some weeks will, too.
* You need rigid structure — we’re still writing the playbook—ambiguity is the norm.
* You want predictability over upside — we’re early and risks remain.
* You’d rather not talk tech — our buyers are all engineers.
**What we offer**
* The ability to help lead a sales organization at an early-stage YC AI startup
* Kind teammates who work hard
* Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) at the office
* Health, dental, and vision insurance
