The Mission
At
Codeminder Inc
, we are building an
Autonomous Decision System
. We are moving past simple "chat-and-task" agents to create AI that can evaluate complex operational environments and take reliable, self-governed action. We need a technical intern to help us harden the data integrity and coordination layers that make these decisions possible. This role is for an engineer who wants to solve the highest-stakes problems in AI:
Deterministic Permissions, Data Privacy, and Autonomous Feedback Loops.
Learning Outcomes (CPT-Aligned)
This internship is structured to provide deep technical growth in the following areas:
- Production AI Systems:
Contribute to production-grade AI agent architectures and lifecycle management.
- Privacy-First Engineering:
Gain hands-on experience in data sanitization, including PII handling, deduplication, and automated redaction.
- Agentic Orchestration:
Study and implement multi-agent coordination patterns, specifically Worker/Supervisor and Hierarchical architectures.
- Software Excellence:
Develop skills in writing clean, asynchronous, and testable production-quality Python code within a professional CI/CD environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Agent Data Hardening:
Enhance our S3/Object Store agents to perform high-accuracy deduplication and automated PII redaction.
- Agent Coordination:
Assist in architecting the "hand-off" logic between specialized agents within our core platform.
- Prototyping:
Build and iterate on new agents designed for specific operational tasks, ensuring they adhere to strict security and authorization boundaries.
Requirements
- Python Proficiency:
Strong proficiency in Python; experience with asynchronous programming (asyncio) is a significant plus.
- Cloud Fundamentals:
Basic familiarity with object storage (AWS S3, R2, or equivalent).
- Execution:
Ability to work independently on well-scoped tasks with clear technical guidance and deliver clean, tested pull requests.
- Security Interest:
A foundational interest in the intersection of AI and Security (Authentication and Authorization).
Direct Founder Mentorship
You will work directly with the
Founder/Lead Engineer
. This is a unique opportunity to see the "Zero-to-One" process of building a technical startup. You will receive:
- Weekly 1-on-1 system design and strategy sessions.
- In-depth code reviews focused on production best practices.
- Exposure to the reality of building a technical product.
