Role summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineering Manager to oversee our IT operations and software development lifecycle. This role involves coordinating IT projects, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with software and hardware requirements. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, performance testing, and system integration. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, developing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and meeting with clients to define system specifications. This is a hybrid role requiring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage a team of 1-2 people in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
