
Sr. AI Security Engineer (Hybrid)
Role summary
The Sr. AI Security Engineer will be responsible for developing and hardening AI agents to build a scalable security architecture. This role involves implementing and monitoring technical controls, managing agent governance, and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards. The engineer will also support audits by collaborating with auditors and providing automated evidence, and will respond to security incidents. Key technical areas include configuring AI runtime protection (Guardrails), integrating SAST/DAST/IAST tools into CI/CD pipelines for LLM applications, performing adversarial testing (e.g., FGSM, PGD), and conducting Red Teaming to evaluate model extraction and evasion resistance. Experience with MS Entra Agent ID for identity and secret rotation is also required. This is a hybrid role.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is in the range of $90,000 to $130,000, depending on experience, skills, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses in accordance with company compensation policies.
Travel – Readiness to travel as and when needed for project discussion, planning workshops with client, FAT and for Business Cut Overs
