Role summary

The PLCs/DeltaV Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining PLCs, SCADA, and DeltaV systems within the life sciences industry. Key duties include troubleshooting, upgrading existing control systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. The role also involves managing technical documentation, participating in project management, and supporting interfaces between Data Historians, Control Systems, and MES. This position requires a strong understanding of automation systems maintenance and best practices.

Job Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain PLCs, SCADA, DeltaV system.

Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing control systems.
Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze system performance.
Ensure regulatory compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
Utilize best practices, standards and procedures related to automation systems maintenance.
Handle Change Control related processes and technical documentation, including design specification, user manuals, and operational procedures in.
Participate in project management and project coordination.
Support interfaces between Data Historians, Control Systems, MES
Maintain and update knowledge articles and databases to help troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively.
