Role summary
Coinbase's FP&A team seeks a Senior Finance & Strategy Analyst to partner with Consumer leadership. This role involves owning end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis for Consumer OpEx, building driver-based financial models, and conducting variance analysis. The analyst will translate financial insights into actionable resource allocation recommendations and present findings during business reviews. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance, with a track record in OpEx planning, budget management, and financial modeling using Excel and SQL. Experience in high-growth tech/fintech environments and responsible use of Generative AI are also required. The role offers a competitive salary range and potential for equity and bonus.

As a Senior Financial Analyst on the FP&A team, you'll serve as the financial partner to Consumer leadership, owning the analysis and planning that guides how we allocate resources and drive efficiency across one of Coinbase's largest business lines. The FP&A team owns the company's financial roadmap, from the annual operating plan and rolling forecasts to the business reviews that power strategic trade-offs, and your work will directly shape how Consumer scales.What you'll do:
