POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Technology & Data Analyst serves as the technical backbone of the CHS marketing department, ensuring our technology stack, data systems, and reporting infrastructure operate with precision across a portfolio of 15 home services brands. This role owns the integration between marketing execution and performance measurement, providing the clean data foundation that drives every spend decision, scorecard signal, and optimization cycle in our signal-led operating model.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing operations, data integrity, and systems management. You will work across ServiceTitan, Google Ads, email/SMS automation platforms, and internal reporting tools to ensure marketing performance is accurately captured, attributed, and actionable.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Technology Management
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and health of the marketing technology stack across all 15 operating companies
• Manage CRM integration with ServiceTitan, ensuring marketing data flows cleanly into operational systems
• Administer and optimize automation platforms (Hatch, email, SMS) for campaign deployment and lead nurturing
• Evaluate and recommend new tools as the marketing function scales, with a focus on ROI and integration simplicity
Data Integrity & Attribution
• Ensure all lead sources are correctly tracked and attributed across digital, traditional, and aggregator channels
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues including duplicate records, misattributed leads, and broken tracking
• Own the accuracy of the Marketing Health Scorecard data inputs (demand, efficiency, conversion, capacity metrics)
• Collaborate with finance to ensure GL-level marketing spend aligns with operational reporting
Campaign Deployment & Technical Execution
• Execute the technical side of multi-channel campaigns, including automated email sequences, SMS triggers, and landing page setup
• Build and manage A/B testing frameworks for email, landing page, and ad creative performance
• Configure tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and call tracking numbers for accurate campaign attribution
Performance Reporting & Analysis
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports by OpCo, channel, and campaign for the VP of Marketing
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, flag anomalies, and surface opportunities for spend optimization
• Support the signal-led engagement model by delivering accurate, timely scorecard data every Monday
Database Management & Segmentation
• Manage customer segmentation and database hygiene to maximize retention and remarketing effectiveness
• Build and maintain audience lists for targeted campaigns across email, direct mail, and digital retargeting
• Develop lifecycle marketing workflows that move customers from acquisition through repeat service
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related data/analytics role
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (ServiceTitan strongly preferred; Salesforce, HubSpot acceptable)
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and call tracking platforms
• Experience building automated email/SMS workflows (Hatch, Mailchimp, Hubspot, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into actionable marketing insights
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) a plus
• Comfort working across multiple brands and business units simultaneously
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in home services, field services, or multi-location service businesses
• Familiarity with aggregator platforms (Yelp, Angi, HomeBuddy, Modernize, eLocal)
• Experience with data warehouse tools (Snowflake, BigQuery) and SQL fundamentals
• Understanding of marketing attribution models and multi-touch reporting
COMPETENCIES
• Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for dirty data or broken tracking
• Self-directed problem solver who can diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
• Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Thrives in fast-paced, multi-brand environments with competing priorities
• Collaborative team player who operates with urgency and accountability
