Westover Air Reserve Base, MA

The experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions in support of mission-critical operations. This role focuses on integrating AI capabilities into existing systems to improve efficiency, decision-making, and operational readiness.

• Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models for mission-specific applications
• Perform data analysis, model training, and predictive analytics on structured and unstructured data
• Integrate AI solutions into legacy and modern systems
• Implement secure, scalable AI pipelines and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and governance standards
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to align solutions with mission objectives
• Produce technical documentation, training materials, and user guidance

• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in secure or regulated environments (DoD)
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience in Linux environments
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and APIs (REST, GraphQL)
• Knowledge of data engineering, ETL processes, and big data tools (e.g., Spark, Databricks)
• Understanding of secure coding practices and cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO 27001)
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevSecOps, and version control (Git)
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
