The analyst will collaborate across departments to ensure data integrity, optimize reporting, and provide leadership in analytics initiatives. Key responsibilities include data collection, cleaning, validation, developing dashboards and predictive models, defining KPIs, performing statistical analyses, and presenting findings to executive leadership. Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data warehousing is required, with experience in cloud platforms being a plus.

We are hiring a
Senior Data Analyst
who will be responsible for
transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. This role involves advanced data modeling, statistical analysis, and visualization to support organizational goals. The analyst will collaborate across departments to ensure data integrity, optimize reporting processes, and provide leadership in analytics initiatives.

In this position, you will:

  • Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources
  • Collaborate with internal resources on data integrity and policies; ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and predictive models using business intelligence tools
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of analytics on business outcomes
  • Guide strategic recommendations on program growth based on trends, regulatory requirements and industry insights
  • Perform advanced statistical analyses and interpret trends leveraging a variety of sources to inform business strategies
  • Work with internal resources, including data engineers, on data accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver insights
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding data-drive decision making and championing analytics best practices
  • Regularly present findings to executive leadership in clear, actionable formats

Successful candidates will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, machine learning, and data warehousing
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS) and emerging AI technologies a plus
  • Working knowledge of data warehouse solutions and ability to collaborate with data engineers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff and business stakeholders
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business solutions
  • Ability to independently prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
