Duties
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the IDD Day Program to ensure it meets organizational goals and participant needs
- Develop and coordinate individualized service plans in collaboration with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise staff members and direct service providers, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to maintain a motivated team
- Manage program budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure resources are allocated effectively to support program activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants’ families, community partners, healthcare providers, and funding agencies
- Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and organizational policies
- Facilitate behavioral health interventions and support positive behavioral strategies within the program environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, behavioral health, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Valid licensure or certification as a Qualified Professional (QP) for IDD services or equivalent credentials required by state regulations
- Proven management experience in program development and supervision within developmental disabilities or social services settings
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families
- Strong relationship management skills to foster partnerships within the community and with stakeholders
- Experience in budgeting, administrative tasks, and maintaining compliance documentation
- Knowledge of behavioral health practices and person-centered planning approaches
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $24.57 - $29.59 per hour
