Role summary
Compassus is seeking a Leadership Development Program Manager to design, facilitate, and orchestrate meaningful leadership development experiences. This hybrid role, based in the Nashville, TN area, requires a blend of presence and planning to ensure programs are thoughtful, consistent, and scalable. The Program Manager will own end-to-end program delivery, including design, facilitation, coaching leaders, managing logistics, and driving continuous improvement based on feedback and business needs. Success will be measured by leaders' growth in clarity, confidence, and connection, and the smooth execution of programs that positively impact engagement, trust, and performance. The ideal candidate has experience in leadership development, learning facilitation, or organizational development, with strong facilitation and program management skills.

What You’ll Do
Facilitation & Leader Development
- Facilitate live, virtual, and in-person leadership development experiences across Compassus
- Support foundational leadership programs, service-line leadership tracks, and leadership summits
- Create learning environments where leaders can practice honest conversations, accountability, and care
- Coach leaders through real leadership challenges tied to their day-to-day work
Program Management & Orchestration
- Own end-to-end leadership programs from design through delivery
- Manage cohorts, timelines, materials, and logistics to ensure a seamless experience
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align leadership development with Compassus strategy and priorities
- Track participation, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve programs
Design & Continuous Improvement
- Design leadership learning content that is practical, human, and easy to apply
- Translate leadership concepts into simple tools and behaviors leaders can use immediately
- Iterate based on leader feedback, business needs, and organizational change
Culture & Belonging
- Model Compassus values in every interaction
- Weave belonging, trust, and accountability into leadership learning in authentic ways
- Help leaders understand the connection between how they lead and how teams experience care

What You Bring
- Experience in leadership development, learning facilitation, or organizational development
- Strong facilitation presence with the ability to connect authentically with leaders
- Program management skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to balance structure with flexibility
- Comfort working across functions and with senior leaders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Healthcare experience is helpful but not required. Curiosity, humility, and care for people are essential.
Location & travel
- Based in the Nashville, TN area
- Hybrid work environment with regular in-person collaboration
- Occasional travel for in-person leadership programs and events
