JD:
- Manage product life cycle (PLC) from ideation to post-launch and develop product strategy to deliver customer value within timeline and budget.
- Act as the liaison with engineers, Scrum Masters, architects, QA, UX/UI and sales to prioritize the product roadmap to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Create User Stories and Business Requirement document (BRD) by translating requirements for business and technical team.
- Conduct user interviews, gathered functional, technical and non-functional requirements (NFR) to create workflows, business rules and system integration diagrams.
- Schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders to reach agreements, craft product vision, discuss portfolio priorities and resolve gaps with cross-divisional product team.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Systems Architects to define new and enhanced product features.
- Provide updates to leadership on epics and feature delivery schedules, track progress using velocity and burndown charts.
- Evaluate current (As-Is) and future state (To-Be) of business processes and features to perform gap analysis, design prototypes, document pain points and identify potential areas for process improvement.
- Contribute to the creation of user documentation, best practices and training materials.
- Validate use cases of features for each release and publish release notes.
