Role summary

The Program Manager Senior Certified leads and manages the development and implementation of enterprise-level projects. This role is responsible for the end-to-end program lifecycle, from strategy to value realization, working under limited supervision. Key responsibilities include developing program approaches, advising stakeholders, managing project dependencies, and interacting with executive sponsors. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree, 5 years of IT program/project management experience, and relevant certifications such as PgMP, PMP, Lean, or SCM. Experience with project management software like ServiceNow is preferred. This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days onsite per week.

The Program Manager Senior Certified leads and manages the development and implementation of a body of similar projects at the enterprise level. Working under limited supervision, this role is responsible for the end-to-end charge of the program, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery and post-delivery value realization.
ServiceNow Experience preferred or any other project management software. IT program/project management experience.
This role is hybrid and requires onsite 1-2 days a week.Essential Job Function

  • Develops the overall approach for large programs, significant time frames, and the definition of major deliverables to address and meet the desired goals and outcomes.
  • Coordinates a deeper understanding of the overall body of work and acts as an advisor across the wider stakeholder community.
  • Manages significant bodies of work as a unified program.
  • Interacts regularly with executive sponsors to inform, alert, negotiate, and maintain a continuing good relationship and shared vision for the program outcome.
  • Leads review with the executive sponsor and stakeholders to identify organic or specific program needs and changes and directs appropriate approaches to address.
  • Monitors and coordinates dependencies across the projects in the program and resolves conflicts and issues.
  • Oversees the creation and maintenance of the required program documentation and artifacts, including agendas, meeting minutes, communication plans, and program reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree
