What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a diverse portfolio of business and individual clients
• Prepare and review complex tax returns including individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary returns
• Provide proactive tax planning, compliance guidance, and strategic advisory support
• Review and mentor the work of staff and senior accountants
• Participate directly in client meetings and relationship management
• Help improve internal processes and support the onboarding of new clients
• Stay current on evolving tax laws and accounting standards

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of public accounting experience with a strong tax focus
• CPA preferred (or actively pursuing)
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Experience with Lacerte, Thomson Reuters, and QuickBooks
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Hands-on, team-oriented mentality with the ability to work in a collaborative onsite environment
• Someone who enjoys being a trusted advisor, not just a preparer
