Azure Platform Engineer with AI
Role summary
We are seeking an Azure Platform Engineer with AI expertise to join our team in Toronto. This hybrid role requires a minimum of two days per week in the office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Azure cloud platform administration, including resource creation with Terraform and network configuration. Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, ADF, Databricks, Fabric, Function Apps, and Web Apps is essential. Experience with Databricks administration and development, along with the Power Platform, is also required. A key requirement is the ability to deploy OpenAI models in Azure AI Studio. Familiarity with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, Git versioning, and ARM Templates is expected. Nice-to-have skills include building chatbots using AI Search Index for document indexing, chunking, and embedding with RAG patterns, as well as familiarity with MLOps frameworks like AML and MCP servers.
