Sr. Sales Operations Analyst
Role summary
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst supports the Sales department by analyzing needs, improving processes, and managing operations systems like ConnectWise, MCP, and Quosal. This role involves detailed research, data analysis, reporting, and providing technical assistance for quote creation and proposal management. The analyst will also review sales procedures for efficiency and act as a point of contact for escalated issues, requiring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years of relevant experience are recommended.

General Summary:
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting with projects and analyzing future needs of the Sales department. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to develop and improve processes used within the department that attracts and retains new and existing clients
