Senior Product Operations Manager (f/m/d)
Role summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager for a mid-sized, globally distributed B2B SaaS company. This role will drive operational excellence by optimizing product development workflows, team rituals, and cross-functional coordination. You will lead program execution for complex product operations initiatives, improve tooling and automation, and analyze reporting to generate insights. Key responsibilities include managing risks, developing training materials, and facilitating communication across product, design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Product Operations or Program Management, proficiency with tools like Jira and Looker, strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, and experience with globally distributed teams.
