Senior RFP Program Manager
Role summary
The Senior RFP Program Manager is responsible for the complete RFP lifecycle, from initial intake to final submission. This role acts as a central coordinator for enterprise proposal development, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely responses that align with company positioning. The position requires leading cross-functional teams (Sales, Deal Desk, Product, Legal, Security, Finance) to drive structured proposal execution. Key responsibilities include assessing requirements, building response plans, coordinating inputs, drafting and refining content, managing a knowledge base, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance. The role also focuses on continuous improvement through metrics and process enhancement. Success is defined by consistent, on-time RFP submissions, a well-maintained content library, efficient cross-functional coordination, and improved response quality and turnaround times.
About the opportunity
The RFP Program Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and due diligence questionnaires. This role serves as the central coordinator for enterprise proposal development, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely responses aligned with company positioning and standards.
You will operate at the intersection of Sales, Deal Desk, Product, Legal, Security, and Finance, driving structured, scalable proposal execution.

Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
Colorado Salary: $126,000- $170,000
