Role summary

Core One is seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist focused on Intelligence Oversight. This role involves researching, analyzing, and reporting on complex national security challenges. The specialist will work with existing documents, databases, models, and simulations to produce various deliverables. Key responsibilities include drafting studies, presentations, and decision papers for leadership, and coordinating across HQDA staff sections. A strong working knowledge of Joint, DoD, IC, and Army organizations, along with intelligence oversight and Army legal review processes, is essential. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight years of combined experience within the U.S. intelligence community, with a TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, analyze, evaluate, and execute studies, analyses, assessments, and technical reports, which may include the use of existing documents, databases, models, architectures and simulations.
  • Deliverables produced shall be in a variety of formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules. May attend various types of meetings at the Directorate
  • Capable of conducting research and drafting detailed and/or short-fused studies, presentations, information papers, and decision papers for leadership.
  • Working Knowledge of Joint, DoD, IC, and Army organization roles, missions and
  • Displays a working knowledge of intelligence oversight and Army legal review processes and management.
  • Ability to coordinate and work across HQDA staff sections and
  • Demonstrated briefing and writing
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree; advanced intelligence discipline training; or other equivalent DoD or service Intelligence experience
  • Minimum Experience: Eight (8) years of combined experience in the U.S. intelligence community as an intelligence oversight officer, analyst, special agent, collector, or manager with experience at either the tactical, operational, or strategic level
  • Desired Qualifications:

  • Desired: Prior experience as an intelligence oversight officer or special agent.
  • Security Clearance:

  • Must have active TS/SCI
