Role summary
Core One is seeking a Senior All Source Readiness Analyst to support the Department of the Army G2. This role involves leading research, analysis, and evaluation efforts, producing technical reports and assessments on complex national security challenges. The analyst will provide expert advice, leveraging knowledge of intelligence organizations, Army Readiness processes, and specific platforms like AIDP or Vantage for dashboard creation. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 14+ years of Army Intelligence analysis experience (tactical to strategic), is required. Experience in key staff roles at HQDA, Joint, or OSD is preferred. An active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

Responsibilities:
Supports the Department of the Army G2
Executes and on occasion, leads research, analysis, and evaluation efforts as well as studies, analyses, assessments, and technical reports, which may include the use of existing documents, databases, models, architectures and simulations. Deliverables produced shall be in a variety of formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules.
Provides mid to high-level analytical assessments and advice on complex issues, which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter.
May attend various types of symposia and meetings at the ARSTAF and DOD level
Requirements:
Has a working knowledge of; analytic tools for purpose of tracking and measuring Intelligence Readiness; Readiness Reporting Systems; Intelligence Systems and Equipment; PPBE process; PPBE process; TAA process; Foundry Program; and MI Force Structure
Has a working knowledge and experience on Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP) and/or Vantage to create readiness and training dashboard
Demonstrated expert knowledge of: Intelligence organizations and roles, Army Readiness and associated processses to inclide the Unit Status Report /AR 220-1. ReARMM, Sustainable Readinness, Strategic Readiness Update, Army Strategic Readiness Assessment, and Joint Capability Area Assessment
Knowledge of T2COM and Joint organizations roles, missions and functions
Capable of conducting research and drafting executive summaries,
Bachelor’s Degree; advanced intelligence discipline training; or other equivalent DoD or service Intelligence experience
Minimum Experience: Fourteen (14) years of experience as an Army Intelligence analyst with experience from tactical to strategic
Has served as a staff action officer at the HQDA (DCS, G-2 preferred) or Joint (J-2 preferred) or OSD (OUSD (I) preferred) or a closely related DOD organization/agency.
Combat deployment experience as an Intelligence Officer; Interagency and Multi-National experience
Desired: Graduate from the Command and General Staff College or similar Senior Staff College
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI clearance
