Corgi, an AI-driven insurance carrier, seeks a Head of Cafe Expansion to lead nationwide and global growth for its cafe locations. This role requires strong financial acumen, experience in QSR or cafe operations, and a founder-level ownership mentality. You will be responsible for opening new locations, developing expansion strategies, and building scalable systems and processes. The ideal candidate has startup or founder experience, thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments, and is ready to join the senior leadership team of a rapidly growing company.

### **Responsibilities**
* Required experience scaling 3+ cafe openings nationwide.
* Strong financial acumen. Understands P&Ls, margins, unit economics.
* Experience leading teams to run and operate a cafe/brick-and-mortar storefront.
* Open new cafe locations and drive expansion strategy globally.
* Build systems/processes for global scale.
* You have startup and/or founder experience.

* Proven analytical understanding of business economics to run, operate and scale cafes.
