Role summary
Cornerstone Montgomery is seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic Program Manager to oversee therapists and program outcomes. This role involves providing supportive therapy and substance abuse counseling to individuals and groups, conducting intakes, and assigning clients. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, an LCSW-C license in Maryland, three years of relevant experience, including two years of supervisory experience. Experience in Evidence-Based Practices and substance abuse is preferred. This is a full-time, onsite position offering competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities of the OMHC Program Manager
- Supervise therapists at their assigned hubs and ensure their job performance expectations are met
- Provide supportive therapy and substance abuse counseling for both individuals and groups
- Conduct intakes and assign to therapists as appropriate
- Oversees program goals and monitors program outcomes
Qualifications of the OMHC Program Manager
- Master’s degree in social work, Valid LCSW-C Licensure in the State of Maryland
- Three years of relevant work experience, including two years of supervisory experience
- Experience in Evidenced Based Practices and substance abuse is preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
