Senior Software Engineer

### Who you are
- 5+ years of building production software, ideally with 2+ years at startups or growth companies
- Proficiency in our tech stack: React, NextJs, Node.js (Typescript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, Redis
- Experience building at scale, serving hundreds of thousands of end-users and large enterprise clients
- Opinionated about up-leveling your own engineering skills and the team around you
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent AI developments
- You are a self-motivated, creative doer who takes ownership of broad initiatives and drives them to completion, navigating ambiguity with ease
- You have hands-on experience building consumer-facing products from the ground up in a high-growth, startup environment
- You thrive on working alongside exceptional teammates and derive energy from fast-moving collaborative environments
- You are familiar with AI/ML concepts and excited to work on the frontier of AI applications

- We are seeking a talented, driven, and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join us in defining the future of AI + human healthcare
- You will have significant responsibility and ownership over our product, along with the opportunity to shape the future of our engineering organization. You will work cross-functionally with product, clinical, and commercial teams while interfacing with prominent healthcare organizations nationwide as we lead the future of AI in clinical care
- Our engineering work spans a range of disciplines, including full-stack web development, data infrastructure, mobile development, and AI/MLOps. Our culture is fast-paced and ambitious, and we aim for every team member to be exceptional
- Leading initiatives with our Product and Design teams to ship and iterate on unique product experiences in AI-enabled care that improve patient engagement and outcomes
- Working closely with our ML research team to bring cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical care and implement these features into our agentic framework
- Improving our physician-facing care platform and integrating AI tooling to increase physician efficiency and clinical capabilities
- Architecting scalable backend systems, such as health data ingestion pipelines and enterprise client integrations
