Everyone at Coval operates outside their job description daily. Our designer writes the second-most PRs on the team. Our head of rev ops builds data pipelines and ingests meeting transcripts. Our senior engineers code mostly in natural language. Our customer success manager builds reports with AI tools.
None of us fit in a box. We hire for spikes: people who are the best in the world at something specific, and then we let them run.
