CoverPin is seeking a Software Engineer to build and scale its AI-driven compliance platform. This role involves significant full-stack development using React/Next.js and FastAPI, with a focus on system design, API contracts, and data modeling. Role Description

Your role is to build software environments where frontier AI systems break down. Most of the work will be done through coding agents manual coding is now too slow. The models are strong enough that identifying problems they truly can’t handle is increasingly difficult.

*You’ll Be a Strong Fit If You…*

  • Have 5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience building and shipping production systems
  • Are fluent in deep experience in React / Next.js and FastAPI or similar backend frameworks
  • Have strong opinions about system design, API contracts, data modeling, and frontend architecture, and know when to be pragmatic
  • Care deeply about UX quality and product polish, and enjoy working closely with designers to deliver thoughtful interfaces
  • Have led or owned end-to-end features spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure
  • Are comfortable operating in ambiguity, making trade-offs, and taking accountability for outcomes
  • Value clean, maintainable code but prioritize shipping high-impact work at startup speed
  • Are excited by AI-enabled workflows, automation, and agent-based systems, and understand how to integrate them responsibly into production software
