Product Designer, Design Systems

Our client is looking for a design systems leader to help shape the future of our commercial web platforms. You will drive system architecture, build reusable components, and champion a unified, client‑centric experience.

Duration: 12+ months, fulltime hours per week

Rate: $50-53 per hour.

What You Will Do

• Help with design system architecture, design tokens, UI guidelines, and scalable frameworks.
• Identify and document UI patterns; create reusable, flexible, accessible components.
• Build and maintain Figma libraries, coded components, and component QA workflows.
• Advocate for client‑centric design and a single shared RBC experience.
• Manage relationships across design, engineering, and product to align on UI assets and execution.
• Facilitate design system critiques and evaluate designs for inclusivity.
