Seeking a Senior UX/UI Design Lead for a temporary contract opportunity to design and deliver end-to-end digital experiences across web, campaigns, and AI-native product pilots. Designs and delivers end-to-end digital experiences across our client's web, campaigns, and corporate innovation lab's product pilots, blending interaction design with visual storytelling to create clear, compelling, and brand-aligned user journeys. Translates business goals and user needs into flows, prototypes, and build-ready design specifications, partnering with Marketing, Demand Generation, Product, Engineering, and Studio craft teams (motion, graphics, video).
Our client's corporate innovation lab is an engine for building, testing, and scaling new AI-native products and experiences. Operating with startup-like speed inside a global enterprise, it brings high-impact concepts from idea to prototype to production.
*Core Functions:*
· Design user journeys, information architecture, and interaction flows for marketing and product experiences.
· Create high-fidelity UI/visual designs that express the brand while improving usability and conversion.
· Produce wireframes, UI specs, and interactive prototypes to validate and communicate design intent.
· Develop micro-interaction and lightweight motion concepts (e.g., transitions, interaction cues, simple motion studies/storyboards) and partner with Motion/Video for production execution.
· Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine requirements, feasibility, and release scope; support implementation and UX QA.
· Run fast validation loops (concept checks, usability testing); translate insights and performance signals into iterations.
· Contribute to design systems and pattern libraries (components, templates, experience patterns) for consistency and speed.
· Ensure accessibility and quality standards across breakpoints, states, and edge cases.
Temporary contract opportunity. 35-40 hours estimated per week for 6 months.
