About the role

Credo is seeking a self-driven Software Engineer to join our team and help transform how data flows across the organization. In this role, you will focus on business process automation, partnering closely with users, IT, and executive stakeholders to design, build, and deploy scalable internal workflows. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can translate business needs into clear product requirements, and is excited to leverage modern AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, adoption, and decision-making across Credo.
Base salary range is $110,000 – $140,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Map existing business processes for data flow through functional organizations.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and prioritize automation programs within Credo.
  • Negotiate new data flow changes with users; develop PRD and detailed product plan for adoption.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders including users, IT and exec management on buy / build options to accelerate these workflows.
  • Complete internal / external development and integration.
  • Support training, adoption and on-going feature requests for users.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science or a similar discipline.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business process automation.
  • Experience developing internal workflows using modern AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
